Jack Jelinski has been a teacher and scholar of Spanish Literature for more than 30 years. He has been writing poetry since he can remember. He is the author of Water Like The Soul of An Angel, a book of poetry about the authentic experience of nature. He has also published Searching For Magdalene, a memoir about searching for his mother. He has been writing poetry for his children and grandchildren over the years and many of these poems have found their way into his newest book, Poems For Intelligent Children With A Sense of Humor.
Jack is currently a Professor Emeritus of Spanish Literature at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana where he lives with Jane, his wife of 45 years. His children and grandchildren live in Washington and Oregon.
